Agreement

By downloading or using Super Voice Mode ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

License

Super Voice Mode is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the number of devices specified by your plan.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.

What you can't do

The app is provided "as is"

Super Voice Mode is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Speech recognition accuracy depends on hardware, microphone quality, ambient noise, accent, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Third-party services

The voice assistant feature can optionally connect to third-party services (Claude, Codex, Ollama). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or data handling.

Updates

We may release updates to the app. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain, support, or update the app indefinitely.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website.
