Local meeting capture

The meeting ends.
The files are already yours.

Capture call audio and the room mic without inviting a bot. Super Voice Mode turns the conversation into an editable transcript, decisions, action items, and snapshots. Everything is saved locally on your Mac as ordinary files you control.

Not another transcript
trapped behind a login.

Most meeting assistants make the hosted workspace the product. Super Voice Mode makes your local meeting folder the source of truth. The app is the interface; the files remain yours.

No bot

Works with the call already on your Mac

Capture meeting audio without adding an unfamiliar participant to Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, or a browser call.

Local first

Sensitive context stays close

Audio processing, transcription, notes, meeting-local speaker review, and the saved meeting vault stay on your Mac by default.

Real files

Markdown survives the app

Search, edit, sync, back up, grep, move, or delete your notes and transcript using the tools you already trust.

No bot joins. No transcript gets trapped.

Bot-free capture is only the start. Super Voice Mode keeps capture and meeting artifacts local by default, saves them as inspectable files, and does not require a hosted meeting account.

Remember the decision,
not just the transcript.

Live notes organize the call around what changed: the summary, decisions, open questions, and who owns the next step. Snapshots can preserve the slide or screen that made the conversation make sense.

Later, your chosen assistant can use the meeting files as grounded context. The original Markdown and transcript remain available for you to inspect before acting on an answer.

You ask

“What did we promise the customer, and who owns each follow-up?”

Grounded answer

Three follow-ups found, each linked back to the meeting file where it was agreed.

Meetings where ownership
matters afterward.

Meeting AI is most valuable when details matter and most uncomfortable when the conversation is sensitive. Local files make that tradeoff easier for individuals and small teams.

CX

Customer and sales calls

Keep objections, commitments, language, and follow-ups attached to the source conversation.

PM

Product and design reviews

Save decisions beside the transcript and capture the screen when a visual detail matters.

1:1

Interviews and one-on-ones

Stay present in the conversation while preserving private notes in a vault you control.

IDEA

Voice notes and thinking sessions

Use the same capture layer when the meeting has one participant: you and an unfinished thought.

Does a bot join the call?

No. Super Voice Mode captures audio from your Mac and room microphone directly, so it works without adding a participant or requiring a meeting-platform integration.

Do I still need consent to record?

Yes. Bot-free never means consent-free. Recording and transcription laws vary by location, and you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any required permission before capture begins.

Where are meetings stored?

Each meeting is saved in your selected local vault as ordinary files, including notes, transcript, metadata, and any snapshots you capture. You decide whether that folder is backed up or synced by another service.

Is meeting capture free?

The Free tier includes a recurring allowance of 50 Pro uses each week after trial; starting a meeting capture uses 10. Pro Lifetime makes meeting capture unlimited for one payment.
